For over a decade, we have successfully applied a risk-centric, data-driven approach to real estate investing that follows a bottom-up property selection process. We combine our team’s in-depth local market know-how and traditional real estate analysis with proprietary quantitative risk analysis and cross-asset class insights from across Fidelity’s extensive global investment platform. This helps us better understand the risk and rewards associated with occupiers and sectors, while allowing us to identify market trends early.
